THAI BEEF SOUP

The perfect breakfast. When in Thailand I take my car and venture out on yet a new soup adventure. My real passion are Thai boat soups. But in the morning i prefer the beef variety.

Thai Beef Noodle soup, is a noodle soup made of stewed or red braised beef, beef broth, vegetables and Chinese noodles. It exists in various forms throughout East Asia and Southeast Asia.

My love affair with Thai soups seem to be never ending. I thought I had learned a thing or two about these magic elixers over the years. But nothing could have prepared me for the adventure that was about to happen. Since i have a Thai family of my own i am more than ever on the inside of their deeply guarded gastronomical secrets.
